I have been getting my hair cut at this salon for many years. It is always a nice experience! My stylist, Alyssa, is a real pro who cuts exactly as I request. Everyone there is gracious and caring. After many bad experiences in the past, I was so glad to find True Med Spa.

Shana and Jacob are the absolutely the best!! Most genuine, kindest, fantastic, and accommodating !! Love them both ! Words could not describe every treatment service are the best experience every time ! Highly recommend them and TruMed !!

TruMedSpa is an absolute treasure! I make the trip from the Tampa region to Lakeland because I appreciate the warm atmosphere and outstanding service. I always book my appointments with Jacob, who greets me with such kindness, and I'm consistently delighted with the results of his work!

We outgrew the kids haircut places so we tried True Salon. Shelby has been doing my daughter’s bob cut and blue streak for a few years now. She’s so great with kids and listens to exactly what we want.

Shelby H. is an absolute amazing stylist!!! I always have pictures with me (1 for the bangs, 1 for the cut and several for the color) and somehow she is able to mesh them all together and her end result is so much better than what I ever expected. Through out the process she explains what she is doing and always listens to any concern you may have. Being a slight introvert, Shelby makes you feel like you are just having good conversation with an old friend. As for the salon itself, it is always clean and inviting with a friendly and welcoming staff. Looking for the place for haircare; this is it.

Excellent I always love my lashes and experience with my lash artist Stephanie . She does an excellent job and my retention well worth the professional experience paid , she’s such a great lash tech. Highly recommend her to all my friends who compliment my lashes ~

Always on time. Always the best massage with my shampoo. Consistently get a superior precision cut just how I want it. Love Alyssa, she is very kind and makes every effort to make my experience super enjoyable.

Shana did a great job as always! Today she did a trim and blow dry. She also does my color and I love it. She so professional, pleasant, and always listens to my comments. I trust her completely and would highly recommend her!!

I can’t say enough about this experience today. My daughter and I found this place on Google, had checked out their IG profile, and loved their work. My daughter has been through a bunch of colors in her hair including, purple, blue, blonde and wanted to get back to her natural hair color, so we drove from Orlando for an appt. Her stylist was Mackenzie Busbey and she did a knockout job. She is super friendly and her work is wonderful. My shy teenager felt very comfortable with her was so happy with the outcome. While I was waiting, I was offered a complimentary mini-facial with the lovely esthetician Jennifer Colondres-Peltzer. She specializes in Korean skin and also uses Skinceutical skincare line. Getting a free little facial was not in my bingo card today, but it sure was a treat! And her personality was so warm and friendly as well. I met several of the ladies on staff and everyone was so cheerful and added to the great atmosphere here at True Med Spa. Thank you Mackenzie and Jennifer! We will definitely be making the trip back from Orlando for more services, and I can’t wait to do a facial day with my daughter and sister there.
